I've done some research on the matter online by googling simply "Silver Cars". This is one story I found at the top of the list "Silver cars are much less likely to be involved in a serious crash than cars of other colours, suggests a new study of over 1000 cars". -- New Scientist 13:53 19 December 2003 by Shaoni Bhattacharya.
I thought by researching for evidence that I was right would come up with ALOT of evidence but unfortunately it was completely the other way. Everything is written about how great and awesome silver cars are, they say they are even "Safer?" How can it possibly make a car safer compared to say a black car. I just don't understand it but I am going to do more research and see if I can find any proof behind my theory.
C xox.
Perhaps the people who buy silver cars are older and more cautious? Silver/grey is not a popular colour among youth it seems. Since most accidents are avoidable, it makes sense if older, more experienced and more defensive drivers avoided accidents. Just my theory!
